On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Bldg. B in the Landings Bay project.
Northern Engineering has reviewed the as -built elevations, related to the building noted above.
Unit B was constructed with a finish floor elevation of 46.80 for the main level, and a lower level
elevation of 37.60. Attached, for your convenience is an exhibit, indicating the as -built elevations,.
(handwritten and/or circled).
