On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Bldg._A &_Garages J &_K in the Landings.Bay3project.
Northern Engineering has reviewed the as=built elevations, related to the buildings noted above.
Unit A was constructed with a finish floor elevation of 47.95 for the main level, and a lower level
elevation of 38.01. Attached, for your convenience is an exhibit, indicating the as -built elevations,
(handwritten and/or circled).
