Partial Site Drainage Certification No. 2 j
Jay,
On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
partial drainage certification letter. All of the improvements have not yet been installed, but are
either under construction or have been scheduled for construction. There was also a partial site
certification submitted to you for your approvals regarding the onsite detention pond dated March
12, 2000.
Essentially, all items pertinent to the onsite drainage system have been installed, with the
following exception.
a. Asphalt in the residential areas has not yet been installed
It is also my understanding from Brian with Spanjer Const. That all erosion control measures have
been cleared by Bob Zachely.
When the above listed items have been completed, we will provide the City with a final
certification letter including a completed list of final elevations and locations.
Because of the drainage improvements that have been installed, and due to the fact that the
remainder of the.improvements will soon be installed, we would like to request that an additional
25% of the remaining building permits be released for Landings Bay.
