Based on this information, I hereby state that: r The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage or grading plan for the property. The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in general conformance with the City -approved drainage or grading plan with the exception of the items noted below.
