I also verify that the surveyor, KMD, Inc. has stated to me that the elevations shown on drawing are from a survey prepared by them on 329/06 Based on this information, I hereby state that: Fw The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage or grading plan for the property. — The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in general conformance with the City approved drainage or grading plan with the exception of the items noted below.
