I, Gregory V. Murphy, P.E., a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer, have personally inspected
the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado and verify that the construction of all
stormwater facilities on the lot are complete, and that the drainage patterns shown on the attached
drawing depict the drainage patterns as they existed the date of my inspection. I also verify that the
surveyor, KMD, Inc. has stated to me that the elevations shown on drawing are from a survey prepared
by them on 3/29/06
Based on this information, I hereby state that:
rv- The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in substantial conformance with the City
approved drainage or grading plan for the property.
f The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot are in general conformance with
the City approved drainage or grading plan with the exception of the items noted
below. In my professional judgment the elevations and grading of the lot as
constructed is functionally adequate and will allow for stormwater drainage
consistent with the approved drainage plan.
