Phase Two Dear Glen, This letter serves as final certification for a portion of The Wharf at the Landings P.U.D. Phase Two drainage improvements in the vicinity of Building H only. (See attached exhibit from Sheet 6 of 8 of the approved Utility Plans for the Wharf at the Landings Phase Two; by James H. Stewart & Associates; plan approval date 05/18/82). All street and drainage improvements delineated on the utility plans for The Wharf at the Landings P.U.D. Phase Two, including the inlet, the storm sewer and the detention pond, had already been completed with construction of the subdivision infrastructure according to the approved Utility Plans for the Wharf at the Landings Phase Two. All drainage facilities in the immediate vicinity of Building H, including the swales around the building are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original drainage design for The Wharf at the Landings P.U.D. Phase Two and the Site and Grading plan prepared by Allen D. Curtis, architect; Plan dated 12/31/93. No modification was made to the original overall drainage design intent of the subdivision with construction of Building H. Drainage facilities have been cleaned and are functioning more efficiently than prior to construction of the Buildings F, G and H units. D If you have any questions, please call at 226-5334.
