I have inspected the grading on the Apartment Building "W" Site at the
Pier Condominiums. The proposed grading is shown on Sheet 5 of 6 of the utility
plans prepared by Cornell Consulting. The general grading of the.site is
flowing from Southwest to the Northeast to the existing parking lot. The
parking lot then drains Easterly and then Northerly to the existing detention
pond at the North end of the project. The grading at the building site is
generally in conformance with the approved plan. There are no drainage problems
from this site or onto this site from Building "X" or "Y".
