The construction of the ADA compliant sidewalk to the pool house and the public sidewalk along ------ Mariner Lane varied from the approved plans but the grading appears to be in general _--- - conformance with the approved plan. I understand that several unknown field conditions required the change in the site plan layout. A record survey conducted by King Surveyors on --------_ -- --- ---July' 301 2015--shows the location of the improvements constructed including the proposed - drainage facilities and grading asbuilts for this renovation project. Attached is the following: • The standard "Drainage Certification Form" used by the City of Fort Collins that provides a list of the various drainage items checked. A grading exhibit showing the proposed contours vs. the as -built contours for each pond. - Variations from -the -design were typical of those found on most construction projects of this - - - nature and had little to no impact on the proposed drainage structures. - -- While-onsite-we -also inspected the temporary erosion control measures which have been removed. Areas of grading were reseeded or sod had been installed. In conclusion, based on the record survey from King Surveyors the site has been constructed in general conformance to the approved plans.
