Re: Certification of Lot Grading, 1109 Honholtz Drive
To whom it may concern:
Colorado Civil Group, Inc. has reviewed the Grade Certification for the above mentioned
address. The Grade Certification was reviewed with the Lemay Avenue Estates Grading Plan
sheet G3 prepared by Northern Engineering and dated February 1, 2006. We found that the
elevations and drainage patterns are in general conformance with the Grading Plan.
The Grade Certification illustrated that the existing drainage swale had a depth of 0.60 feet in
the southeast corner of the lot versus a 1.00 foot design depth. A site visit showed that
temporary a silt fence had retained some sediment in this location during construction. Once
the silt fence and sediment are removed, the swale can be restored to the original depth and
function as intended.
