The Grade Certification was reviewed with the Lemay Avenue Estates Grading Plan sheet G3 prepared by Northern Engineering and dated February 1, 2006. We found that the elevations and drainage patterns are in general conformance with the Grading Plan. The Grade Certification illustrated that the existing drainage swale had a depth of 0.60 feet in the southeast corner of the lot versus a 1.00 foot design depth. A site visit showed that temporary a silt fence had retained some sediment in this location during construction.
