the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado and verity that the construction of all
stormwater fac0ities on the lot are complete, and that the drainage patterns shown on the attached
drawing depict the drainage patterns as they existed the date of my inspection. 1 also verify that the
surveyor, KMD, Inc. has stated to me that the elevations shown on drawing are from a survey prepared
by them on 3/29106
Based on this information, I hereby state that:
