slormwater facilities on the lot are complete, and that the drainage patterns shown on the attached
drawing depict the drainage patterns as they existed the date of my inspection. I also verify that the
surveyor, KMD, I hap s ed to me that the elevations shown on drawing are from a survey prepared
by them on �' p
Based on this information, I hereby state that:

approved drainage or grading plan for the property.
