Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final grading certification for the above retbrenced site according to the final
grading plan prepared for this lot by Shear Engineering Corporation. The grading plan was dated
May, 1992. No Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address was issued as we understand
it. 1.
All final grading has been completed and all swales, including the swales along the sideyards of
the residence, and rear lot grading, function properly and meet the general intent of the final
grading plan for this lot. Final grading also meets the requirements of the agreements made with
the property owner due can of the site. Certain grading improvements were provided on the
property to the east in association with final grading for this lot.
It is our understanding that the Storm Water Utility has also viewed the site and was satisfied
with the final grading,
