The description of the property is -Lot 12, The Landings 3rd Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado. The owners of Lot 12 had the existing house tom down. The elevations of the lot lines remained the same as the previous lot lines. The new house has a retaining wall along the driveway on the Southwest corner of the property. The driveway and the front yard of the lot slope southerly to the Breakwater curb and gutter. The rest of the yard slopes northerly to Warren Lake. The side yards of the house have greater than 2% slope to the Lake and to the Breakwater curb and gutter. There is a retaining wall in the Northwest comer of the lot.
