This office has observed the completed site improvements and has been found them to be in substantial compliance with the "Grading, Drainage & Utility Plan" and Drainage Investigation report prepared by this office. ("Final Approved Report" - dated: 6/14/94 and initialed by: B. Hamdan"and Plan approved 6/21/94) A blueline print of the "Grading, Drainage & Utility Plan" for the subject site is enclosed for your information. Spot elevations and other items that have been field checked to determine compliance with the plan are "redlined" on the print.
