and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawings) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date): October 29, 2014 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns
as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

and grading of the IoVsite as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically approved
drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the IoUsite in a manner consistent with the

Re: Lot 9, Block 1, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division
Certification of Lot Grading
The elevations and drainage patterns for Lot 9, Block 1, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division
are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for Kechter Crossing
Planned Land Division, with one exception. The northerly side yard swale high point location is
approximately 35 feet further toward the rear yard and is approximately 0.9 feet lower than that
shown on the Final Grading Plan. This was necessary in order to provide adequate drainage, as
per code, from the finish grade on the side of the structure toward the side yard swales. The result
of these exceptions is that approximately 425 s.f. of the side yards will drain toward the
Coppervein Street instead of toward the concrete pan in Outlot A. However, it is our professional
opinion that these exceptions are not significant and will still allow for stormwater drainage to
generally be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan.
