professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete,
and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date): October 29 2014 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns
as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved
drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
ZThe elevations and drainage patterns of the IoUsite as measured are in general conformance with the City
approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations
and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically approved

Certification of Lot Grading
The elevations and drainage patterns for Lot 8, Block 1, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division
are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for Kechter Crossing Planned
Land Division, with a few exceptions. The side yard swale high point locations are approximately 35
feet further toward the rear yard are approximately 1.0 foot lower than those shown on the Final
Grading Plan. This was necessary in order to provide adequate drainage, as per code, from the
finish grade on the side of the structure toward the side yard swales. The result of these exceptions
is that approximately 850 s.f. of the side yards will drain toward the Coppervein Street instead of
toward the concrete pan in Outlot A. However, it is our professional opinion that these exceptions
are not significant and will still allow for stormwater drainage to generally be consistent with the City
approved Final Grading Plan.
