An earth drainage swale is indicated in Common Area A, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division, as shown on the Final Grading Plan — 30 Scale (sheet 21 of 55), in order to convey runoff from the rear yards of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 12, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division and the side yard and portions of the rear yard of Lot 1, Block 12, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division and Lots 1 and 8, Block 11, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division to a public storm sewer system in Crossview Drive. At the time the Grading Certification for Lot 7, Block 12, was prepared, it appears that the earth drainage swale on the north side of Lots 7 and 8, Block 12 (the south side of Lot 1, Block 11) was not constructed properly and drainage is not being adequately conveyed to the west to the earthen drainage swale that was constructed properly. We have spoken with Meritage Homes about this issue and understand that they are working with the developer of Kechter Crossing to get this issue resolved.
