patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one).

The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with the City

and grading of the lot/Site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically
approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a manner consistent

Barb,
The site inspections have been completed, and the SW Eng Final holds have now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did
have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. At the NW corner of 5739, the down spout had been
left down causing a hole to be eroded at the corner of the foundation. There is standing water along a substantial
portion of the shared lot line; while I believe there is positive fall to the street that should allow drainage, something is
preventing it at this time — possibly snow and ice. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading
certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time;
however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
Please share this information with the engineer of record.
