Dear Mr. Harridan:
Please find enclosed our Stormwater Drainage Certification for -the Fossil Creek Parkway
Extension for the as -built condition as of August 24, 2001. TST, Inc. surveyed the above drainage
facilities on June 25 and July 3, 2001, as they were installed by the contractor. Included is a
redlined print of the storm sewer showing the as -built condition.
