As requested, our office is submitting to you Drawings of Record for the referenced project.
Included in these drawings of record are the following items:
1. Street curb and gutter
2. Underdrain
3. Water (Included because they are on the underdrain sheet)
4. Sanitary Sewer (Included because they are on the underdrain sheet)
The street curb and gutter was surveyed July 30, 2002. The results of this survey indicated
that there were sections of the constructed curb and gutter that have constructed flowline
slopes less than the design slope. The minimum as -constructed slope along the flowline is
calculated to be 0.4%. The 6-feet wide cross -pan constructed parallel with Skyway Drive has
adequate slope. Slopes along the flowline of the cross -pan are approximately 2.8%.
Elevations shot during our survey indicate that the flowline is within 0.16-feet of the design
elevation. The curb and gutter along Claire Court has positive drainage. Copies of the street
plan and profile sheets with elevations of record are included with this letter.
In addition to the curb and gutter recorded for this project, our office was contracted to
provide record drawings for the water, sanitary sewer, and the underdrain. ,The water and
sanitary sewer are utilities of the Loveland Fort Collins Water District and the South Fort
Collins Sanitation District respectively. Record drawings have been submitted to the Districts
on July 31, 2002. The underdrain was not recorded by JR due to the construction methods. It
is our understanding from conversations with the client that You accepted the underdrain in
the field.
