Dear Mr. Barber:
Please find enclosed our "Stormwater Drainage Certification" for Huntington Hills P.U.D. — Filing
No. 7 for the as -built condition as of November 8, 2001. TST, Inc. surveyed the above drainage
facilities on June 25, July 3, and October 29, 2001, as they were installed by the contractor.
Included are redlined prints of the storm sewer and grading showing the as -built condition.
As -a result of our latest survey and site visit, there are a few items that need to be addressed by
the contractor, who has been notified of them. These items include:
1. Install remainder of erosion control measures as shown on plans. The sediment
traps in the ponds and some of the inlet/curb cut filters have been installed.
2. Pond A orifice plate needs to be corrected with orifices of 7/16" diameter. Gravel
between the screen and plate needs to be removed.
3. Pond B orifice plate needs an orifice added at the bottom of the plate (bottom 3" of
pond will not drain).
4. The curb cut north of Building 4 has a 'lip' at the flowline and will not drain
completely.
5. Regrade spillways to correct elevations and size (0.5' —1.1' high).
The site stormwater system will function without affecting any structures while these issues are
corrected. These items will be checked for completion as adjacent building certifications are
submitted, in addition to all work being completed around the specific buildings as per the
approved plans.
In addition to the site certification, a compliance check of Building 10 is being submitted. Building
10 had a design FF of 4921.00 and an as -built of 4920.99. All pans, swales, and grading have
been completed around the building as 'shown on the approved plans. At this time minor grading
and landscaping are still required, however the storm drainage facilities are in place and should
function as designed.

the as -built conditions of the drainage facilities are as

and/or Certificates of Occupancy.
