Please find enclosed our compliance check of Buildings 5 and 6 for Huntington Hills P.U.D.
— Filing No. 7 for the as -built condition as of November 29, 2001. TST, Inc. surveyed the
above improvements November 29, 2001, as they were installed by the contractors.
Building 5 had a design FF of 4919.20 and an as -built of 4919.24. Building 6 had a design
FF of 4919.10 & 4918.10 (1' Step in building) and an as -built of 4919.03 & 4918.03. All
pans, swales, and grading have been completed around the building as shown on the
approved plans. At the time of the survey, minor grading and landscaping were still
required, however the storm drainage facilities are in place and should function as
designed.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this compliance check of these two
buildings.
