Please find enclosed our compliance check of Buildings 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 for Huntington
Hills P.U.D. — Filing No. 7 for the as -built condition as of March 19, 2002. TST, Inc.
surveyed the above improvements October 30, 2001, February 20, 2002, and March 19,
2002, as they were installed by the contractors.
The following are the finished floor elevations of the buildings:

All pans, swales, and grading have been completed around the buildings as shown on the
approved plans. At the time of the survey, minor grading and landscaping were still
required around some of the buildings, however, the storm drainage facilities are in place
and should function as designed. Spot elevations for the pans south of buildings 8 & 9 were
provided at the time of the site certification. Spot elevations for the pan around building 11
are enclosed.
In addition to the building checks, the Pond A & B orifice plates have been corrected to be
the proper diameter.
