Please find enclosed our compliance check of Buildings 2, 3, and 12 for Huntington Hills P.U.D. —
Filing No. 7 for the as -built condition as of March 19, 2002. TST, Inc. surveyed the above
improvements September 25, 2002, October 30, 2001, and March 19, 2002, as they were
installed by the contractors.
The following are the finished floor elevations of the buildings:

All pans, swales, and grading have been completed around the buildings as shown on the
approved plans. At the time of the survey, minor grading and landscaping were still required
around some of the buildings, however, the storm drainage facilities are in place and should
function as designed. Spot elevations for the pan around building 12 are enclosed.
As of this compliance check, the only outstanding check is that for the clubhouse which is
currently under construction. Please contact me if you have any questions.
