Dear Mr. Barber:
Please find enclosed our "Stormwater Drainage Certification" for the Fossil Creek Parkway
Improvement project constructed by.Connell Resources, Inc. and managed by the City of Fort
Collins Street Oversizing. TST, Inc. surveyed the above drainage facilities as installed by the
contractor. Included are as-builts of the storm sewer plans, there were no detention pond or outlet
facilities associated with this project. The storm drainage facilities are in place and should
function as designed.

release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building Permits
and/or Certificates of.Occupancy.
