Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Certification of grading forrHuntington_Hills_Clubhouse3 Dear Mr. Hamdan: JR Engineering, Ltd. surveyed the existing grading on the above referenced project on 8- 1-96 and found the following: 1. The swale on the north side of the Clubhouse was constructed in general conformance to the plans. See the attached sheet 1 of 1 for the as -built information. 2. The tennis courts and the basketball court have not been constructed. When the courts are constructed, the swale to the southwest of the swimming pool will be modified. A PVC pipe will be installed from the area inlet to the outlet of the swale. See as -built sheet 1 of 1 for location of basketball and tennis courts, and drainage facilities. This letter certifies that item 1 is in general conformance to the plans. If tennis courts and basketball court are not constructed before this Fall, the swale will be modified to meet a minimum grade of 1 % before seeding. Construction of the basketball and tennis courts is planned for this summer. All drainage facilities will be installed concurrently.
