Certification by a registered professional engineer for 5919 Auburn Dr, Lot 96
Huntington Hills Pud Filing 5 for grading certification to include any swales, lot corner
and minimal floor elevations was not received. Jay Barber, City of Fort Collins
Certification Engineer performed an onsite visit. He verified as best he could that the
drainage looked OK. We released the certificate of occupancy, but accept no liability for
the grading of this lot.
