We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the swale which starts at the northwest corner of
the house and runs down either side of the property at the above
referenced address. Based upon our observations, the lot has been
graded in substantial conformance with the grading plan by JR
Engineering, Ltd., Job No. 9018.05, dated June, 1995.
