Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and at several points including the drainage swale
which begins in the vicinity of the northwest portion of the back
yard and flows down weither side of the property for the above
referenced address. Based upon our observation, the lot has been
graded in substantial conformance with the grading plan by JR
Engineering, Job No. 9018.05, dated June 6, 1995.
