Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Lot 81, Huntington Hills Filing-No:"-5--I 506 St. Michaels Drive; Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Basil, This letter serves as final certification of the finished floor elevation, swale certification and corner lot certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address, dated 09/16/97. All final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the residence, and rear lot grading, are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Huntington Hills Filing No. 5 by JR Engineering, Ltd.; JR Project No: 9018.05. The lowest building opening elevation is 4962.60 at the basement windows on the East side of the residence. Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only.
