Re: Storm Drainage Certification for Houska Automotive Parts Warehouse
Dear Jay:
This letter is to certify the site improvements constructed with the Houska Automotive
Parts Warehouse Development have been constructed in substantial conformance with
the approved construction plans. This certification letter is based primarily on survey
provided to North Star Design, Inc. by Washburn Land Surveying. I have also conducted
one site visit after the completion of the construction in order to visually confirm
conformance to the approved plans.
Only the necessary proposed improvements shown on the approved construction plans
for Houska Automotive Parts Warehouse development have been constructed. The
asbuilt survey is attached which delineates the improvements that were constructed.
