This letter serves as final grading certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this
address, dated 08/23/96. All final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the
residence, and rear lot grading, are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original
subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Huntington Hills
Filing No. 5 by JR Engineering, Ltd.; JR Project No: 9618.05.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion
of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which
.this site is a part. This is for reference only.
