A 470 square foot addition is proposed to the south side of the existing home at the above referenced location.
Finished floor of the addition will be at the same elevation as the lower portion of the existing home to keep floor
levels consistent- The rear portion of the property slopes to Skyway Drive while the front of the property slopes
to Charrington Court. Grades are fairly gentle for both the front and rear portions of the property.
Placement of the structure maintains the existing surface drainage flows to Skyway Drive at the rear of the
house. Minimal impacts to the existing drainage patterns on site are caused by this addition.
