we have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the swale which begins in the vicinity of the
center of the back yard and flows down either side of the property
at the above referenced address. Based upon our observations, the
lot has been graded in substantial conformance with the grading
plan by JR Engineering, Ltd., Job No. 9018.05, dated June, 1995.
