Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the Swale which flows from the northwest corner of
the house and down either side of the property at the above
referenced address. Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial conformance with the grading plan by JR
Engineering, Ltd., Job No. 9018.05, dated June, 1995 with the
following exception. The Swale on the east side of the property
was not graded due to frozen soils in that area. We anticipate
this will be corrected when conditions permit. The lot to the east
of the property is vacant and has sufficient slope to carry any
run-off away from the property without interfering with other lots.
