Parliament Court), Fort Collins, Colorado
Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations for the lowest opening
of the above mentioned address. This was based on a benchmark
elevation of 4938.9 at the back of walk at the northeast corner
of Lot 14. We determined that the lowest opening is 4933.3 and
is in substantial conformance with the requirements stated in the
FHA Grading Plan by J.R. Engineering, Job No. 9018.05, dated June
6, 1995.
