of all stormwater facilities and grading there is complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns
shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on June 19, 2006,
accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the
survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

Jay, this will confirm that we have talked with Brian Shear regarding the drainage 'issue' between 701
Parliament and the property to the east at 707 Parliament. We will connect the downspouts on the east
side of 701 to a perforated pipe which we will lay in a swale between the two properties. The pipe will be
covered and daylight near the bottom of the south end of the property. This project will be completed as
part of the landscape installation which we hope to have done within the next couple of months. If this is
not acceptable, please let me know by return. Thanks
