We will connect the downspouts on the east side of 701 to a perforated pipe which we will lay in a swale between the two properties. The pipe will be covered and daylight near the bottom of the south end of the property. This project will be completed as part of the landscape installation which we hope to have done within the next couple of months. If this is not acceptable, please let me know by return.
