Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification. for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this
address. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are
as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Property lot corner elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
All final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the residence, and rear lot grading;
are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage
design according to the Final Utility Plans for Huntington Hills Filing No. 5 by JR Engineering,
Ltd.; JR Project No: 9018.05.
Attached is a copy of the site specific site and grading plan, prepared by Shear Engineering
Corporation, plan dated October 1999. Shear Engineering Corporation has obtained record field
shots for the site, which are indicated on the plan. Also attached is a copy of that portion of the
Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site
is a part. This is for reference only.
