We have surveyed the "As Built" grading and building elevations. The lot grading
complies with the approved plan and the drainage facilities are all installed.
The lowest opening elevation of 23.5 is about 4 feet above the maximum water surface
elevation of 19.3. (This maximum water surface elevation is shown on the grading plan.)
A copy of the site plan with the "As Built" elevations shown in red is attached, along with
a copy of the approved grading plan.
