The lot grading complies with the approved plan and the drainage facilities are all installed. The lowest opening elevation of 23.5 is about 4 feet above the maximum water surface elevation of 19.3. (This maximum water surface elevation is shown on the grading plan.) A copy of the site plan with the "As Built" elevations shown in red is attached, along with a copy of the approved grading plan.
