Re: Certification of Stormwater Facilities for Huntington Hills P.U.D., Filing #5, Phases
I, H, HI -A and HI-B
Dear Mr. Hamdan:
JR Engineering, Ltd. surveyed the existing storm sewer facilities for Phases II, III -A, and III-B on
May 3, 1996 and July 11, 1996. The facilities in Phase I were reviewed in the field on October 28,
1996. As a result of this information, we offer the following for your review and comment:
Regarding Phase I:
The storm sewer inlets (Concrete Sidewalk Culverts) on Fossil Creek Parkway at the easterly
boundary of Filing 5 were constructed in general conformance to the plans.
2. The inlet and outfall pipe on the south side of Parliament Court near the cul-de-sac were
constructed in general conformance to the plans.
Regarding Phase H:
The storm sewer system at the intersection of Skyway Drive and Auburn Drive was
constructed in general conformance to the plans. See previously submitted sheet 26 of 40 for
as -built information.
2. The cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Drive and Saturn Drive was constructed in
general conformance to the plans.
3. The southeast curb return at the intersection of Auburn Drive and Charrington Ct. had a low
point. The cross pan was repaired and is now in general conformance to the plans.
4. The cross pan at the intersection of Skyway Drive and Auburn Drive had a low point on the
easterly end. The cross pan was reconstructed once but the easterly portion was not
satisfactorily corrected. This portion has now been satisfactorily corrected.

5. The north curb return and cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Drive and St. Michaels
Drive did not have a flowline and the"flow was directed onto the adjacent asphalt. This item
has now been satisfactorily corrected.
6. The north curb return and cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Drive and Dunraven Drive
did not have a flowline and the flow was directed onto the adjacent asphalt. This item has
now been satisfactorily corrected.
Regarding Phases III -A and III-B:
The storm sewer system at the intersection of Skyway Drive and Fossil Creek Parkway was
constructed in general conformance to the plans. See the previously submitted sheet 27A of
40 for as -built information.
2. The cross pan at the intersection of St. Michael's Drive and Fossil Creek Parkway was
constructed in general conformance to the plans.
This letter certifies that the items listed above are in general conformance to the plans.
