I and Phases III -A & B.
Dear Mr. Hamdan:
JR Engineering, Ltd. surveyed the existing storm sewer utilities on 7-11-96 and found the
/ following:
J 1) The storm sewer system at the intersection of Skyway Dr. and Fossil Creek
Parkway was constructed in general conformance to the plans. See the attached
/ sheet 27A of 40 for as -built information.
,/ 2) The storm sewer in the cul-de-sac of Parliament Ct. was constructed in general
conformance with the plans. See the attached sheet 26 of 40 for as -built
information.
.,A3) The cross pan at the intersection of Parliament Ct. and Phillips Dr. was
constructed in general conformance with the plans.
,/4) The cross pan at the intersection of Parliament Ct. and Hamilton Ct. was
constructed in general conformance with the plans.
✓5) The cross pan at the intersection of St. Michael's Dr. and Fossil Creek Parkway
f was constructed in general conformance with the plans.
v6) The cross pan at the intersection of Phillips Dr. and Fossil Creek Parkway has a
low point on the north flowline of Phillips Dr.
This letter certifies that items 1-5 are in general conformance to the plans. Item 6 will
involve removal and replacement of concrete to correct the problem stated above and thus
will need to be certified upon completion of work. The removal and replacement work has
not been scheduled, but will be completed before winter.
