We have completed our review of the as -built grading for the above referenced
lot. According to the Development Agreement for Huntington Hills P.U.D. Filing No. 3,
this lot requires certification from a licensed professional engineer that the drainage
system on the lot functions adequately and has been constructed according to the
approved utility plans.
Lot 1 is located on the northeast side of Dunne Drive as shown on the attached
plan. This certification verifies finished grades at the property corners and overall
compliance with the final approved Grading and Drainage Plan. The drainage swale
located along the north propertyline is not included in this certification although visual
confirmation of location and cross-section were made.
Aside from this certification, It was also observed that the fencing in the
northwest corner of the property extends down to finished grade without an opening in
the location of the swale. The design engineer for Huntington Hills P.U.D. Filing No. 3
should verify whether any fencing restrictions exist on this lot.
To the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, the finished grading on Lot 1
is in substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction
drawings and with the development agreement. if you require additional information
