Dear Basil,
This letter serves as final certification for the Howes Street Hideaways. Shear Engineering
Corporation has made periodic observations during construction and has coordinated field as -
built data requirements. Elevation shots were provided by Intermill Land Surveying and are
based on the same datum utilized with the Final Utility Plans for Howes Street Hideaways
which were prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. Attached is the as -built plan for the
Howes Street Hideaways improvements.
All sitework improvements have now been completed. All finished grading has been completed
in accordance with the attached original approved MASTER GRADING, DRAINAGE AND
EROSION CONTROL PLAN. All drainage facilities have been installed and are functioning
appropriately and meet the intent of the original drainage design for Howes Street Hideaways.
