Dear Sir:
This is to certify that the attached drawing accurately depicts the
finished floor elevation and the elevation of the lowest entry
point for water via vents in the crawl space of the building.
These are sufficiently well above .the -high water pond elevation
identified to us.
The grades around the new structure are in general conformance with
the grades established by the developer for this pad under the PUD,
"Centre for Advanced Technology, Fifth Filing" (attached). The
only area disturbed was at the edge of the detention pond and for
re -sodding of the existing slopes. Any dirt work associated with
the pond was performed prior to the site being turned over to us
for building construction.
