Please find enclosed the redlined "As Built" detention pond and water quality structure
for Carpet One at Lot 1, Horsetooth East Business Park, 4th Filing, Fort Collins,
Colorado. Our survey was completed on March 11, 2005.
We found that the "As Built" pond elevations were approximately the same as the
designed pond. The "As Built" volume of the pond to elevation 53.0 is the same as the
designed volume, which is 19,195 cubic feet.
We also found the spillway and water quality structure and outlet elevation to be as
designed.
If you have any questions or need more information regarding this "As Built", please let
me know.

DETENTION POND CERTIFICATION:
This is to certify that on March 11, 2005 o survey was mode,
under my supervision of the detention pond for Carpet One at
Lot 1, Horsetooth East Business Park, 4th Filing, Fort Collins,
Colorado. The required volume is 19,195 cubic feet to the
100-year pond high water line at elevation 53.0 feet. The
"As -Built" volume to elevation 53.0 is 19,195 cubic feet, more
or lees. The design and As -Built elevations for this pond ore
approximately the some. The water quality structure and spillway
are built as designed.
