Dear Jim:
This is to verify that on January 19, 1995 an inspection of the above mentioned site, which
consists of Phase II of the Boston Chicken at Lemay and Pennock PUD, was conducted and
the following items are noted:
• The parking lot included in the Phase II area was graded to drain to the storm drain inlet
located within the parking lot as per plan. It is noted that the storm drain inlet, as well as
storm drainage facilities downstream of the inlet, were constructed (by others) with the
Phase I construction of this PUD. The top of the storm drain inlet was constructed at the
elevation shown on the final Grading and Drainage Plan for the PUD. The elevations of
downstream drainage facilities were not verified.
• The final floor elevation for Schlotzsky's Deli was constructed at the elevation shown on the
Grading and Drainage Plan.
• Silt fences were installed along landscaped areas as needed to prevent sedimentation in
the parking lot.
