On January 28, 2002, Heame Construction Inc. shot property pins (Lot Comers), Lowest opening elevation
(Basement windows), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the subject
property.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
Finished floor elevation 5139.4% 5138.1', 5136.7', 5135.4', 5134.1', 5132.8'
Lowest opening elevation 5126.9
Property Comers SW 5136.8 SE 5136.8'
NE 5130.4' NW TBD'
Note: Per our conversation today we are unable due to frost to work on the North side of the six plex,.the
other section of the property is graded and according to the attached drawing. We would like release on
units 1 thru 5, once we get the grading finished around six we will submit a revised plan.
