Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with the approved plans and are as follows: w. Finished floor.elevation 5144.0' Property Comers SW 5142.1' NE 5139.4' Lowest opening elevation 5138.2' SE 5140.0' NW 5142.1' Note: As can be seen by the readings on the attached Drainage plan D2, the required slope from the building is greater than 5% to the building envelope on all four sides (Builders responsibility), good drainage occurs on sides.
