Ha_rmay-Ridge,PUD S Pelnut #'s B00164 6, B0016487, B0016488, B0016489, B0016490 3 `� f Gentlemen May 7, 2001 On May 7, 2001, Hearne Construction Inc. shot property pins (Lot Corners), Lowest opening elevation (Basement windows), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the subject property. Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with the approved plans and are as follows: Finished floor elevation 5140.8' Property Comers SW 5137.5' NE 5132.1' Lowest opening elevation 5134.8' SE 5136.5' NW 5136.1' Note: As can be seen by the readings on the attached Drainage plan DA the required slope from the building is greater than 5% to the building envelope on all four sides (Builders responsibility), good drainage occurs on the North, West and South sides with the East side currently running across lot 5 to the North and East. When the foundation for lot 5 is dug and backfilled the drainage will be as shown on the attached plan.
